Sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body! Focusing on low weight and high repetition movements, you'll burn fat and gain strength. This will challenge all your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift, lunge & curl. 

Class will be held in the Gymnasium to comply with social distancing guidelines.

General Information
  • Instructor: Kristi
  • 13-15 yr olds must be accompanied by an adult
  • Make sure to bring a water bottle!
