Outdoor Social Distancing Fitness Classes

This program runs for 2 weeks and consists of 1 class per day, 5 days per week (Monday-Friday) . Choose to attend any or all of the classes.  Duration of each class is 45 minutes.

Monday classes will be held in the Pavilion (behind Rec Center) and Tuesday through Friday classes will be held at the Anderson Farm Amphitheater Field.  Classes run from June 17 through July 3, 2020.  Class times vary.

Monday at 9:30am - Senior Stretch: (FREE for Senior Members) Get your body limber for the day with full body stretches.

Tuesday at 5:30pm - Towel Workout: Bring a handtowel or kitchen towel for a total body workout.

Wednesday at 9:30am - Bootcamp: Classic calisthenics are mixed with cardio and strength training. This class will always keep you and your body guessing!

Thursday at 9:30am - Strength & Stretch: Use your own body weight to perform strength and stretch moves.

Friday at 5:30pm - Backpack Bootcamp: Bring your backpack filled with light weights, books, etc. to perform strength and cardio exercises. (To keep items secure from moving about in the backpack, place a towel around the items.)

In case of inclement weather you may join the class virtually. (A link will be provided to the email address provided at registration.)

Please bring your own equipment: Mat, Towel, Water.
