Spin class.
Start off with a low impact, interval ride on a stationary bike - flats, climbs, and racing followed by 20-30 minutes of upper body and core work on the floor.

No class on Saturday 3/7/2020.

General Information
  • Instructor: Fitness Staff
  • Class is open to beginners and experienced cyclists.
  • Bring a small towel and water bottle!
  • 13-15 yr olds must be accompanied by an adult
  • *Arrive at least 10 minutes early, if you haven't taken an indoor cycling class before.
