30 minute high-intensity interval training that consists of fast-paced exercises that are performed for 20 seconds with a brief 10 seconds of rest before repeating the exercise.

General Information
  • Instructor: Fitness Staff
  • Class is time efficient, exhilarating, and most of all effective!
  • Class will include warm-up and cool down time.
  • Make sure to bring a water bottle!
