Adult yoga class.
Great for increasing strength, balance and flexibility.  Participants use a variety of fitness equipment to enhance their workout.

General Information
  • Instructor: Chris (Wednesdays), Arlene (Fridays)
  • We may use resistance bands, stability balls, Bosu balance trainers, body bars, and light weights.
  • Designed for active older adults.
  • Good class for beginners or students looking for a slightly less intense workout.
