Great for increasing strength, balance and flexibility. Participants use a variety of fitness equipment to enhance their workout.
Instructor: Chris (Wednesdays), Arlene (Fridays)
We may use resistance bands, stability balls, Bosu balance trainers, body bars, and light weights.
Designed for active older adults.
Good class for beginners or students looking for a slightly less intense workout.
